Rental 30 Premier

  • Terms up to 40 years, fully amortized
  • Term options of 5/1 ARM, 10/1 ARM, and 30 year fully amortized
  • Used for 1-4 SFRs/PUDs/Condos
  • Non-recourse financing
  • Minimum financing of $500,000 & 5 properties
  • No maximum loan amount
  • Minimum credit score of 660
  • No borrower debt-to-income

Rental 2+1

The 2+1 program is designed for investors who want to bridge the gap between short-term and permanent financing. This rental program offers a 2-
year interest-only balloon payment with a 1-year extension available at low rates. The interest rate is determined by credit score, LTV, and rent coverage. As with the other rental loan programs, there is no borrower debt-to-income.
